Bangko Montañosa, Inc. formerly known as Rural Bank of Tabuk (Kalinga-Apayao) Inc. is hiring new capable and dedicated employees to work with the bank in attaining its vision in providing needed financial services to the communities it serves.


The bank was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on December 18, 1970. It was authorized to operate as a Rural Bank by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, thus the bank was inaugurated on March 14, 1971.


Bangko Montañosa, Inc. has branches in Tabuk City Kalinga, Tuguegarao Cagayan, Paracelis Mt. Province, and Conner Apayao. The continuous growth of Bangko Montañosa was due to its sensitivity to the needs of the general clientele. Its operation is geared towards alleviating people’s lives within the area.





JOB VACANCIES


POSITION: 2 Branch Managers

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible in the efficient administration, operation, marketing, compliance, security and safety of the branch office. Responsible in the attainment of branch goals. Capable to communicate and train subordinates/staff


REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or other related field, At least 2-year supervisory work experience, Strong communicative skills and Computer literate, Honest and hardworking, Self-driven and results oriented


POSITION: 1 Human Resource Officer


JOB DESCRIPTION: Develop, implement and implement HR strategies, systems, procedures and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection process. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Enhance a positive working environment. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Update salary structure and benefits program. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management


REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource or Business Management, or other related field, At least 2-year work experience related to the job, Excellent communicator and capable in facilitating updates and trainings, People oriented and capable in commanding respect from the rank and file, Honest and hardworking


POSITION: 3 Asst. Account Officers

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible in assisting depositors or borrowers transacting with the bank. Process efficiently new accounts. Capable to secure from clients the basic requirements for a deposit or a loan account. Facilitate the credit risk assessment within the allotted time frame for a loan application. Responsible in collating, tracking, recording, keeping and securing completed loan documents.


REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or other related field, At least 1-year work experience related to the job, Good communication skills, Computer literate preferably with driving skills, Honest and hardworking, Self-driven and results oriented


POSITION: 2 Collectors

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible in collecting dues of clients, delivering notices and reminders, handling and obtaining documents needed by the client or the bank.


REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in any field, Can drive or ride a motorcycle, Has a motorcycle and a license, Good communicator, Honest and hardworking
