Bontoc, Mt. Province - To honor the remarkable accomplishments of Carlos “Caloy” Yulo at the 2024 Paris Olympics, Bontoc Mayor Jerome “Chagsen” Tudlong, Jr. offered a two-day free issuance of government certificates to its constituents with the name “Carlos”.

This initiative by the mayor serves as an opportunity for the community to show appreciation for the pride that Carlos brought to the country. Carlos won two gold medals after dominating the floor exercise and vault finals in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

As cited by the Bontoc Municipal Information Office, residents in the town having the name “Carlos” will have the chance to obtain certificates being issued by the various government institutions for free as Mayor Tudlong will pay their fees.

This offer is limited to a maximum of two certificates per eligible person and can be availed by visiting the Office of the Municipal Mayor located on the 2nd Floor of the Municipal Capitol.

“Join us in honoring our local hero and take advantage of this unique opportunity!”, invites the local government unit.
