‘Serve the public well to justify having new PNP building’ - Pol. Brigadier General Lee to Lubuagan

Lubuagan, Kalinga ˗ With the new police station in Lubuagan, the Cordillera Police Regional Director asked the uniformed personnel in the municipality to continue giving good and quality public service to the community.


Police Brigadier General Ronald Lee said the new building will be useless if the behavior of the police doesn’t reflect the beautiful building given to them.


“Kayat ko nga ibaga laeng ayan iti police iti Lubuagan PNP nga ipakita tayo iti komunidad tayo ti pinagserbi tayo through public service tapnu adda met a iti serserbi na daytoy makitkita da a nagpintas a police station,” he said.

Though, in his message, Lee assured that the police in the Cordillera are well-disciplined and that on record, the region has the least number of police officers involved in administrative and criminal cases. There are cases but they are very minimal, he said.


The Cordillera’s Police Regional Director also added that the region is generally peaceful and there are few crimes recorded, which is due to the cooperation of the community. With this, he appealed to the constituents of Lubuagan to help the police in maintaining peace and order.

“Ket kayat ko met nga i-dawat iti komunidad tayo a tulungan da kami apo nga i-maintain iti peace and order ditoy Lubuagan. Ammuk met a natalna ditoy, awan iti adu a kas-kaso ditoy, nu haan laeng a kaadwan na ket vehicular accident,” he appealed.


Meantime, Lee announced during his message that the funding for the furniture of the new Lubuagan Municipal Police Station has already been approved.
