Trespass to Dwelling, first crime incident recorded in Kalinga for 2021

Tabuk City, Kalinga – First ever crime incident recorded in Kalinga for 2021 is Trespass to Dwelling which transpired afternoon of January 2.

Kalinga Police Provincial Director PCol. Davy Vicente Limmong said that a drunk man entered the house of a relative and provoked a fight. This prompted the owners of the house to call the attention of the police.

“...basta sinumrek ijay balay da[complainant], naghamon hamon kanu. Diyayen inpaayab da iti pulis, inarestar[isuna],” he said.

The victim filed a trespass to dwelling case against the inebriated man.

On the other hand, according to Kalinga Police Provincial Office record, the crime volume in 2020 dropped by 7.42% with 437 incidents recorded as compared to the 472 cases in 2019.

Of the 437 cases, 60 are index crimes or crimes committed against a person and property and 377 are non-index or violation of Special Laws.
