No crimes against person, property recorded in Tanudan in 3 months

Tanudan, Kalinga – There was no incident of index crimes or crimes committed against a person and property in Tanudan in the last 3 months.


This was reported by the station headed by its Chief of Police, PCapt. Florand Sim during the Municipal Peace and Order Council meeting on Sept. 28, 2023.


Based on the data, only 3 non-index crimes or violation of special laws were documented in the municipality from July to September 2023.

These include attempted homicide, illegal logging, and violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.


The town police likewise relayed that no marijuana plantation sites has been monitored in the municipality as of present.


Mayor Jaedicke Rhoss Dagadag lauded the efforts of the police in maintaining the peace and order in Tanudan. He also acknowledged the cooperation of the barangay officials and the constituents in keeping a safe and peaceful environment to live in.


The mayor further thanked the harmonious working relationship of the different offices and agencies in Tanudan saying, “very thankful nak kanya yu amin ta narikna ti Tanudan iti kooperasyon tayo amin ken linmag-an amin iti trabaho ta na-fill up an dagiti position nga kailangan ti municipyu tayo.”
