Ifugao orders no vaccine, NO ENTRY starting November 10

Ifugao, Philippines – As one measure to prevent the spread of Covid-19 cases in the locality, the Province of Ifugao is now requiring the presentation of vaccination cards from people entering the province starting this Wednesday, November 10.


Governor Jerry Dalipog issued this mandate through Executive Order No. 55 Series of 2021.


Said EO states that non-residents government Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APOR) on official travel are required to show their vaccination card and original or certified true copy of travel order. The same requirement is applied to private APOR, however, they only show the certified true copy of the travel order if applicable.

Government or private APORs currently residing or working in Ifugao and traveling daily or weekly through provincial borders in a home-to-work or the other way around arrangement should present their vaccination card either for the first or second dose.


For returning residents in the province, they can show either present a vaccination card or a negative antigen result. The same is required for non-APOR residents returning to Ifugao from personal, leisure, or non-work-related travels. Only added to the requirement for this group is a valid government ID or certificate from the barangay as proof of residence.

Additionally, returning overseas Filipino workers should present their passport, travel document issued by the Philippine Missions or ACR I-card from the Bureau of Immigration; valid government ID; medical certificate from Bureau of Quarantine or DOH; negative RT-PCR test; and vaccination card, if any, and other documents proving that the OFW had medical check-ups upon arrival.


Lastly, for Ifugao residents, no vaccination card, no entry to other municipalities in the province shall be applied.


The Executive Order takes effect this November 10 until December 10, 2021.
