Tabuk City, Kalinga – Bangko Montanosa, Inc. President Christine Wangdali reminded graduates that character determines success, emphasizing that the quality of one’s output always reflects one’s character during the graduation ceremony of Tabuk City National High School (TCNHS) on March 31, 2026, at the Tabuk People’s Gym in Tabuk City, Kalinga.

Wangdali is known as one of the local figures in the banking and business industry in Kalinga, leading the growth and change of Rural bank of Tabuk, Inc. to Bangko Montanosa, Inc., which provides financial services in four provinces. The bank has just celebrated its 55 years of years with Wangdali being the president for over 23 years.

During the celebration of Tabuk City National High School’s 9th K to 12 Graduation Ceremony, Wangdali shared some important lessons and reminders to the students.

A total of 869 graduates from Batch 2026 were recognized in separate ceremonies for the Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) and Academic (ACAD) strands, marking the successful completion of their Senior High School journey and the beginning of new paths ahead.

During the morning program, BMI President Wangdali reminded TVL graduates of the importance of character, highlighting that they should lead with integrity as they step into a world filled with opportunities.

“In a world where everything moves fast—technology, trends, opportunities—there is one thing that never goes out of style: character. Whether you pursue a bachelor’s degree or start working, it is important to note that the quality of your output always reflects your character,” said Wangdali.

Wangdali also encouraged the graduates not to rush their journey, emphasizing that building a career takes time and process.

“Take one step at a time. You cannot be at the top while just starting. In life, adda amin ti proseso na, kasla met laeng ti baby nga agadal agsao, magna, ken dumakkel,” the BMI president added.

Wangdali further advised the graduates to listen and learn from others, not only from professionals but also from people in humble roles as these people can also share some lessons not learned in school or in books, which can add to their knowledge and learning.

At the end of her message, she reminded the graduates that learning does not end upon graduation, emphasizing that by continuing to grow and improve themselves, they can keep pace with the demands of an ever-changing world.
