Man left unconscious after squable in Dagupan Centro, Tabuk

Tabuk City, Kalinga – A man was found lying unconsciously on Mayangao Street in Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City on Monday night, Sept. 25, 2023.

Dagupan Centro Punong Barangay George Esteras recounted they proceeded to said street around 9:30 p.m. after receiving a report of supposed squabble.

Upon arrival at the area, they found the man with a cut on his forehead.

Esteras then called the Tabuk City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office who responded and rushed the man to the hospital. His motorcycle, meantime, was turned over to the police.

As of this writing, no one filed a complaint regarding the incident at Dagupan Centro Barangay Hall.

The punong barangay believed that the man was left there after a squabble with unknown individuals. These people have not been identified since no one wants to speak out, he added.

With this, Esteras appealed to the public to cooperate when they witness a crime or a commotion and tell authorities what and who they saw in order to help in the investigation.

“Iti advice ko lang kuma iti public kuma ket nu nakita da kuma agsao da kuma, uray haan da ibaga iti nagan da tapnu adda iti ikasta iti authoridad nga agrugi iti imbestigasyon da. Kasla idiay nga adda met lang nakakita ngem mabuteng da,” he said.
