14 Cordillera graduates place in Top 10 of September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Exam

BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — Fourteen graduates from four Cordillera schools placed among the 10 highest ranks in the September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Examination, with nine of them coming from Saint Louis University (SLU).

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the examination results on September 23, reporting that 14,146 of 15,423 examinees passed, for a national passing rate of 91.72 percent.

9 topnotchers from SLU

SLU produced the largest share of Cordillera’s topnotchers, with nine graduates placing from sixth to 10th.

Giruelle Sophia Velicaria Paduit ranked sixth with a rating of 93.20 percent.

Two SLU graduates shared seventh place with 93.00 percent each: Jade Mocnangan Anniban and Hanna Mikaella Magsi Caplis.

Ranking eighth with 92.80 percent were Justin Paolo Canias Balen and Hannah Roz De Leon Tagubuan.

Trisha Gail Bagne and Zenny Grace Dumalyong Managat shared ninth place with 92.60 percent.

Rounding out SLU’s topnotchers were Vanessa Lorraine Floresca Espejo and Harvey Ford Gallate Marcos, who tied for 10th place with 92.40 percent.

SLU also ranked second among top-performing schools in the category for schools with 300 or more examinees and at least a 95-percent passing rate. It posted a 97.46-percent passing rate, with 346 of its 355 examinees passing the examination.

Topnotchers from IFSU, BSU and UC

Ifugao State University (IFSU) also produced three topnotchers.

Marilou Tanguid Baguilat ranked eighth with 92.80 percent, while Glory Joy Guway Guinoy placed ninth with 92.60 percent. Alyza Mae Patnaan Catacutan ranked 10th with 92.40 percent.

Meanwhile, Zhaena Angelee Torres Bailen of Benguet State University (BSU) placed ninth with 92.60 percent, while Pheobe Rabara Macalanda of the University of the Cordilleras (UC) ranked 10th with 92.40 percent.

Overall, the 14 Cordillera graduates accounted for multiple spots across the examination's top 10 ranks, with SLU alone producing nine of the region's topnotchers.

The PRC administered the September 2026 Psychometrician Licensure Examination in 17 testing centers nationwide and released the results three working days after the examination.
