Benguet beauty queen represents Philippines in Mrs. Universe 2022 pageant

Benguet, Philippines – Cesdon Joy Liddle, a beauty queen from La Trinidad, Benguet will be representing the Philippines in the upcoming Mrs. Universe 2022 pageant to be held in South Korea on December 3-11.

Mrs. Universe Pageant is for married women and aims to provide a platform for them to participate in international contests with the highest moral value and ethics. The pageant is thought to empower, engage and inspire married women from different cultures and backgrounds vying to make a difference.

The event also aims to bridge the gap between fashion, modeling, and pageantry for married women, which gives them the opportunity to be part of the national and international fashion modeling industry.

Qualified candidates must be 18 to 55 years old, have a family and a career, and involved in a significant cause.

Liddle, 32 is married to Steve Liddle, a software engineer in Newcastle. The married couple is currently living in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom with their two children.

Being the first Cordilleran to compete in the said international event, Mrs. Liddle expressed her gratitude for the opportunity.

“I’m extremely happy to be part of this organization and I am looking forward to grow and get better for the future,” she said.

The beauty queen was crowned Mrs. Philippines EuroAsia and Mrs. UK Philippines Universe pageant in 2021.
