Tabuk City, Kalinga – Children and adults were given free checkup, haircut, and circumcision at the Kalinga Police Provincial Office during the culmination activity of Women’s Month on April 5, 2022.

The activity was dubbed as Summer Vacation Operation Tuli and Medical Mission which is in partnership with the Kalinga Provincial Health Office and other stakeholders who donated medical supplies.

Police Major Garry Gayamos, the Deputy Provincial Community Affairs Development Unit told Guru Press that the KPPO initiated the activity in order to circumcise children whose movement were limited and were not allowed to go out for nearly two years because of the pandemic.

Gayamos added that they provided free medical checkups with partner doctors in order to lessen the medical expense of the people and also to give an opportunity to those who are feeling unwell but cannot bring themselves to the hospital due to financial problems.
