Tabukeños are invited to watch the Sangguniang Panlungsod regular session on Monday November 23, 2020. Interesting matters shall be discussed and deliberated upon including the veto of Mayor Darwin Estrañero on the grant of hazard pay to the Public Social Workers and Public Social Welfare and Development Workers of the City of Tabuk.”

1.1 PROPOSED RESOLUTION


1.1.1 PROPOSED RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE PHILIPPINE AMUSEMENT AND GAMING CORPORATION (PAGCOR), THRU CHRAIMAN AND CEO ANDREA D. DOMINGO TO ALLOCATE THIRTY MILLION PESOS (30,000,000) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN EVACUATION CENTER OF TABUK CITY, KALINGA- Councilor Julius B. Amla


1.2 COMMUNICATION


1.2.1 Letter from the City Mayor expressing his veto power on the ground that

Resolution No. 008, Series of 2020 entitled “An Ordinance setting the guidelines and procedures for the grant of hazard pay to the Public Social Workers and Public Social Welfare and Development Workers of the City of Tabuk” failed to provide the source to which it will be charged and the hazard pay is not included in the computation for the 2021 Budget.


1.2.2 A letter from Nally B. Palattao, School Head, requesting that the entire are of the pavement (530 sq.m) of Lot No. 574-K-43-A, adjacent the Pantar Elementary School, be donated to the Dep-Ed Tabuk City Division for the construction of a two-storey four rooms school building.


1.2.3 A copy furnish of Resolution No. 2020-146 entitled “Declaring Ordinance No. 03 Series of 2020 of the City of Tabuk, Kalinga, Operative, Valid and Consistent with Law” for information.


1.2.4 Letter from Costante C. Doctor requesting the drafting of ordinance relative to the collection and issuance of Barangay Clearances by the City pursuant to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2019-117.


1.2.5 Ordinance No. 01 (a) Series of 2020 of Barangay Bulanao Centro, entitled “An Ordinance amending Barangay Ordinance No. 2014-02 enacted on May 19, 2014 to regulate traffic at Bulanao Public Market especially at the De Jesus St. to avoid inconvenience to all concern is hereby transmitted for approval.


1.3. 6 Letter from Sotero M. Pisco, COL Archdiocesan Secretary, requesting September 25 of every year as “PASKO NG KRUSADO”.


1.3.1 Letter from Rev. Magno B. Bawalan, Manager-St. John the Evangelist Agriculture Cooperative, seeking for accreditation.


1.3.2 Letter from the City Budget Officer transmitting the Annual Budgets of Barangays Bado Dangwa, Masablang, Nambaran, Appas, Tuga, Bantay, and Supplemental Budget of Barangays Magnao and San Juan for the Body’s information and appropriate action.

2.1 Committee Report on the request letter of Jaime Sakiting expressing his interest in putting up a Gasoline Station at Calanan, Tabuk City, Kalinga.


2.2 Committee Report on the transmittal letter of the City Administrator seeking for the fund transfer of the amount of Three Hundred Thousand (300,000) pesos for the approved purchase of lot, Barangay Nambucayan as government site intended for the construction of a Multi-Purpose Hall thereat.


2.3 Committee Report on the request for intervention of the Sangguniang Panlungsod regarding their petition on the proposed construction of a School Building in Pantar, Laya West, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
