Below is the list of the agenda to be deliberated on.
1. PROPOSED ORDINANCE (for third reading)
Proposed Ordinance Instituting and Implementing the Registration of Ownership of Agricultural and Fisheries Machinery and Equipment in Accordance with the Joint Memorandum Circular No 2018-02 by the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Interior and Local Government Relative to the National Guidelines for the Registration of Ownership of Agricultural and Fisheries Machinery and Equipment Within the Territorial Jurisdiction of Tabuk City – Councilor Dick Bal-o
2.1 Request of City Administrator Arnold Tendero for the August body to grant authority to the City Mayor as representative of the City Government of Tabuk to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with DOH-CAR for the construction of a Temporary Treatment and Monitoring Facility (TIMF) under the Bayanihan 2.
2.2 Requests for re-alignment of the MOOE fund of the Vice Mayor’s Office, City Administrator’s Office , and the Office of the Senior Citizens Affair.
2.3 Transmittal letter of the City Administrator for the purchase of lot of Barangay Nambucayan in the amount of P500,000.00 intended for the construction of Multi-Purpose Hall.
2.4 Transmittal letter of City Mayor Darwin C. Estranero requesting authority to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Amelia B. Gayagay, M.D. D.P.B.R. for the operation of the LGU Tabuk City X-Ray Laboratory.
2.5 Request of the City Mayor (and Barangay Naneng Farmers’ Irrigators Association, Inc.) for the authority to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with the National Irrigation Administration for the construction of Coddong Naneng Communal Irrigation System.
2.6 Request of Barangay Laya West for the intervention of the Sanggunian regarding their petition on the proposed construction of a school building in Pantar, Laya West, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
2.7 Letter of City Vice Mayor Bernard Glenn M. Dao-as stating his observation regarding the request of the City Mayor to be granted authority to approve fund transfer from the CLGU to the BLGU for the purchase of lot and asking the august body for further review of the said request.
2.8 Request of Barangay Bado Dangwa Tricycle/Trike Operators for a route to be opened from Bulanao to Bado Dangwa.
2.9 Letter to the Sangguniang Panglungsod Secretary Reynaldo F. Delgado for the members of the august body to affix their signatures in the following documents: 1) Resolution No. 071...
2.10 Copy of the letter of the Sangguniang Panglungsod Secretary to the City Mayor regarding the former’s response to the latter’s query on the delayed transmission of Ordinance No. 001, Series of 2020, captioned, “Tabuk City Health Workers (BHWs) and Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS) Assistance Benefits (ABI) Code of 2020.
