TWO men shot dead by robbers early morning in Tabuk City

Tabuk City, Kalinga – Two men were gunned down in a robbery incident early morning of Saturday, November 15, in Purok 6, Bulanao, Tabuk City.

Initial information on the incident revealed that the incident transpired around 2:30 a.m. at Hilltop Village where two unidentified individuals arrived and alighted from their motorcycle described to be a Honda XRM and approached the two victims (names withheld) and their companions.

The suspects robbed the group at gunpoint – taking three cellphones and P4,000 cash from the victims’ companions. When the robbers did not get anything from the two victims, one of them allegedly pulled the trigger and shot the two helpless men.

Having been alerted of the incident, the police rushed to the scene where they found the lifeless bodies of the two victims who are both from Pinukpuk. It was described that one sustained a gunshot in his head while the other one in his chest.

Authorities are now investigating the incident. This is a developing story.
