‘Coordinate arrival date to maintain safety of the community’ - Lubuagan LGU to returning residents

Lubuagan, Kalinga―Local Government Unit of Lubuagan advised their returning residents this coming holiday season to coordinate in advance their arrival dates to ensure their safety, the safety of their family,a dn the community.

Lubuagan implements their health triaging protocol before entry to the municipality.

Lubuagan Municipal Health Officer Dr. Caroline Agyao said health workers have their own schedules arranged this holiday season to make sure all incoming individuals will be attended to.

Accordingly, she seeks for the cooperation of returning residents for their strictly adherence of health protocols, most importantly undergoing triaging done by the health unit and undergoing mandatory 14-day quarantine in the isolation unit provided by the LGU.

Lubuagan Municipal Health Unit together with concerned personnel is in full alert undertaking strict monitoring on the arrivals of returning residents fetched by the LGU from the triage area in Dinacan, Talaca and Bugnay checkpoints.

Meantime, Mayor Chrisma Dickpus appealed to the public that there is a need to inform the LGU before their day of arrival for them to be oriented. Returning residents likewise need to present necessary documents to inform the health workers the next step or move for their safety.
