Loyal employees of TAMPCO awarded with P120k cash incentive

Tabuk City, Kalinga – As a way of recognizing the relentless efforts of employees who rendered 10 to 30 years in service, including its oldest member, the Tabuk Multipurpose Cooperative (TAMPCO) gave cash incentives.


The awards were given during the billionaire cooperative’s Golden Anniversary this October 21, 2021, held at St. Thomas Parish, Dagupan West, Tabuk City.


Branch Manager Evelyn K. Pugongan, with 30 years in service, received P20,000.


The same amount was given by Branch Manager Florence N. Tongdo, who has been working with the cooperative for 28 years. Loan Officer Ibencio G. Amoyen with 28 years in service and Cashier Angelita D. Bitanga with 26 years in service got the same amount.


P15, 000 was given to Administrative Officer Mario Likigan, who has been with TAMPCO for 24 years now.

Members with 10 to 15 years in service got P5,000 each as follows: Branch Manager Junmel A. Marcos, Finance Officer Geronimo S. Sacramento Jr., Record Officer Arnold R. Tayawan, Assistant Embalmer Mario Ramirez, Branch Manager Dante B. Carbonel Jr., and TITC Cook Felimon B. Lugao.


Meanwhile, Plaque of Incooperators was also given to Rose Baluloan, Esther Aligo, Robert Banglao, Lloyd Tangbawan, Paula Umaybas, Jose Bangao, Teresa Las-igan, Juanita Maliaman, and Dorothea Tangbawan.


Chief Executive Officer, Rev. Claudio Bagano expressed in his message gratitude to the awardee for their selfless service.
