TAMPCO awards P146k to winners, participants of video and art contests

Tabuk City, Kalinga – A total of P146,000 were awarded by the Tabuk Multipurpose Cooperative (TAMPCO) to winners and participants of its video making contest, slogan making, and young and adult video making contest as it celebrates its Golden Anniversary on October 21, 2021.


The contested activities were opened until August 30, 2021, to give a chance for members to showcase their skills, talents, leadership and share their TAMPCO experience.


Judging of entries were done on September 27, 2021.


Winners of Video Making Contest


Out of 4 entries, Carmel Rose Alcanzarine was proclaimed as the winner for the video making contest and was given the P20,000 cash prize. Second placer is Olat Tarapen who brought home P15,000, while P10,000 was given to Caguay Arucan for being the third place. A P5,000 consolation was given to Gumangan and company.

Winners Poster Making Contest


For the poster making contest under adult artist category, Elsie Bonilla emerged as the winner and was awarded with P10,000 cash prize. Kennon Winner Bakilan got P7,000 for placing second and third placer Michelle Vargas got P5,000. Herman Jake Davis got the P1,000 consolation prize.


John Mark Balisacan won P10,000 for topping the poster making for young artists while P7,000 was given to Everlene Suma-al for being the second and P5,000 for third placer Cleenton Nicholo Carag.


The 16 other participants are set to receive P1,000 each as consolation prizes.

Winners of Slogan Making Contest


Carag received additional P5,000 for winning the slogan making contest. Balisacan likewise got P3,000 more for placing second, while P2,000 was given for third placer Marlyn Caguay.

25 other individuals who submitted their entries get P1,000 cash.


Winners who were not present in the event may claim their certificates and prizes at TAMPCO Main Branch at Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
