Male uniformed personnel in Ifugao turn beauties on Women’s Month

Updated: Apr 3, 2023

Ifugao, Philippines – Male uniformed personnel in Ifugao turned beauties in heels as they honor and support women empowerment at Camp Col. Joaquin P. Dunuan on March 30, 2023.

Celebrating women’s accomplishments; policemen, jail officers, and military male officers in Ifugao embodied the popular adage “put yourself in someone else’s shoes,” as they wear feminine stuff like make-up, dress, and heels.

According to Ifugao Police Provincial Office, said selected uniformed personnel participated in a 3-Stage Game, a game conceptualized to close the Women’s Month celebration at IPPO this year.

The first stage was dubbed as "Heels of Fame" wherein the participants ramped like a model and showed their grace and dance moves.

Next stage of the game, the "Ganda ka Bro" had the participants flex their wit as they introduced themselves. The last stage was the "Fast Talk with Marites" where the participants answered amusing questions.

Gracing the fun event was the Guest of Honor and Speaker Esther Nalliw Licnachan of the National Commission on Indigenous Peoples – Ifugao.
