36-yr.-old man injured in a motorcycle crash in Tabuk City

Tabuk City, Kalinga – The Bureau of Fire Protection Tabuk City rushed to the aid of a 36-year-old man involved in a road accident along the Provincial Road in Appas, Tabuk City on Friday evening, September 20.

 

According to the BFP Tabuk, they sent their personnel to respond to the incident after being alerted of the road crash past 8:00 p.m. Upon arriving at the place of incident, they found the motorcycle rider conscious but lying on the ground.

 

The responding personnel described the victim to have sustained a head injury, laceration on his right cheek and eyebrows, and multiple abrasions on his lower and upper extremities.

 

The BFP checked the victim’s vital signs and attended to his injuries and conducted dressing and bandaging of his wounds before ferrying him to the Kalinga Provincial Hospital for further medical intervention.

 

The victim, according to the responding authorities, was observed to be intoxicated.

 

With the incident, the authorities are reminding the public to be more cautious and to avoid driving while under the influence of alcohol.
