4 residents face charges after using fake documents to enter Baguio

Baguio City, Philippines – Baguio City Police Station 9 apprehended 4 individuals for using forged documents to enter the City last December 25, 2020.


The four shall be charged with the use of falsified documents in violation of RA 11332 or An Act Providing Policies and Prescribing Procedures on Surveillance and Response to Notifiable Diseases, Epidemics, and Health Events of Public Health Concern, and Appropriating Funds.


According to the report, the said individuals are all residents of Baguio and wanted to enter the City on Christmas with fake papers thinking they could outwit those at the checkpoint.



The police at the quarantine checkpoint flagged down the vehicle where the four used to travel into the City and the protocol checking of papers were made. The personnel manning the checkpoint received the documents from them and subject the said papers into verification process. It was there that the four individuals were found using fake documents.


According to the police, the four admitted that they paid P500.00 for the processing of their travel authority and health declaration. They said the processing of the fake documents were recommended by a certain Mary Grace Hornacion.

The four were identified as Jeric Dave Ticobay, 35 years old; Marlyn Camora, 51 years old; Fajad Dimasangca, 20 years old and Saidalyn Camora, 19 years old.


The four were sent to the police station to put them under the protocol of triaging and swab testing.


A case also awaits them for violating quarantine rules and regulations.
