8 ambulances given to Kalinga municipalities, city from Malacañang

Tabuk City, Kalinga – Kalinga municipalities and city get a new ambulance each from the Malacañang palace, a facility that would further improve the emergency health services being provided by the respective towns and city to every iKalinga patient.

 

The Patient Transport Vehicle (PTV) was distributed by the Office of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Wednesday, July 9, at the Quirino Grandstand in Manila.

These PTV ambulances, under the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office’s (PCSO) Medical Transport Vehicle Donation Program, are equipped with essential medical tools, including a stretcher, oxygen tank, blood pressure monitor, and wheelchair.

 

This distribution of PTVs from the Office of the President aimed to support first responders and healthcare workers at local government units in providing timely medical intervention to patients.

 

Present at the awarding ceremony are the different Kalinga mayors such as Mayor Almar Malannag of Balbalan, Mayor Jaedicke Rhoss Dagadag of Tanudan, Mayor Charles Abay of Tinglayan, Mayor Jetuk Tagaotao of Lubuagan, Mayor Karl Bugao Baac of Rizal, Mayor Silvestre Mosing of Pasil, Mayor Darwin Estrañero of Tabuk City, and the representative of Mayor Jimmy Dasayon of Pinukpuk.
