‘Agtultuloy iti progreso ti Tanudan gapu iti tulong ti opisyales ken line agencies’ – Mayor Dagadag

Tanudan, Kalinga – With Tanudan living to its ‘Progressive Tanudan’ tagline, Mayor Jaedicke Rhoss Dagadag acknowledges officials and agencies for continuously providing projects to the municipality.

Tanudan, being a fourth-class municipality, has limited Internal Revenue Allotment. Relying on their IRA alone would take some time to improve roads, infrastructures, and other projects in the town.

This makes Tanudan even more grateful for these projects being allotted by the national line agencies like the Department of Public Works and Highways and other officials like Congressman Allen Jesse Mangaoang and Governor James Edduba.

In his message during the groundbreaking ceremony of the Mangkortan Bridge on March 7, 2024, Dagadag thanked said officials saying, “agtultuloy iti progreso iti ili tayo a Tanudan gapu iti tulong dagitoy papangat ken oopisyales tayo ken dagitoy national line agencies kas iti DPWH Lower Kalinga nga idadauluan ni Engr. Ruby Uyam ta isuda nangas-asikaso tapnu maaramiden daytoy Mangkortan bridge.”

The mayor mentioned that motorists and passers-by have difficulty travelling the Mangkortan area during rainy season, but with the bridge, the people especially those coming from Lubo will be able to get to Banagao without any hassle.
