All-in-One place: Government services offered to Kalinga residents on Sept. 13 thru Handog ng Pangulo Caravan

Tabuk City, Kalinga - Various Government services will be offered in one place to residents of Kalinga province on September 13, 2025 at the Kalinga Sports Center through the Handog ng Pangulo caravan. 

The Kalinga Information Office said that the one-day event is a joint initiative of national line agencies and the provincial government aimed at making programs and services more accessible to the people. 

Services will cover a wide range of needs such as medical consultations, laboratory testing, scholarship programs, job opportunities, livelihood support, business registration, police clearances, vehicle plate releases and replacement (2017 and below), banking assistance, and many more. 

Agencies and government-owned financial institution like the DOH, DOLE, TESDA, DTI, DA, DAR, DSWD, DENR, BIR, PAS, LTO, PNP, BFP, BJMP, DOST, and Landbank, among others, will be present to serve the public. 

The Kadiwa ng Pangulo (a program which links farmers and fisherfolk directly to buyers), and Walang Gutom (a national food assistance initiative) are also included in the caravan.

The caravan will not only provide frontline services to residents but also promote community participation through product displays, mentoring sessions, and civic activities. 

Headed by Governor James Edduba, the PLGU is inviting the public to attend and take advantage of the assistance best suited to their needs.
