Tabuk City, Kalinga – Board Member Emilio Kitongan underscored renewed vigor and commitment, saying he will work with passion, integrity, and transparency, giving his full support to the new administration.

During the official oath-taking ceremony held at the Kalinga Sports Center on June 30, 2025 for the new set of Kalinga officials, he dedicated his coming back to serve to his late mother who was a guiding figure that shaped his principles and purpose.

“Just last May, my beloved mother passed away. I would like to take a moment to pay tribute to a remarkable woman who has shaped my life and values—my mother, who instilled in me the importance of public service, compassion, and dedication. Though she is no longer with us to witness this moment, I know she would be proud of the person I've become and the commitment I've made to serve our province,” he said.
