The proceeds from the concert shall go to non-profit organizations, medical missions, Noah’s Ark (home for disabled and abandoned children), and under-served communities across Ifugao. Other beneficiaries named included Pulse of Hope advocacy projects, Ifugao General Hospital and IFSU College of Health Sciences.

Said event served both as a fundraising initiative and as a celebration of unity, art, and local pride, with electrifying performances from the iconic band known for hits like ‘Hanggang Kailan and ‘Heaven Knows (This Angel Has Flown).’ The event energized the crowd and brought an air of nostalgia and sounds of inspiration to the university grounds.

The OPM band took to social media their expression of gratitude, thanking the university and everyone who attended the concert, saying, “Maraming salamat Ifugao State University! Dinaig pa ninyo ang bagyong dumaan. Sa uulitin.“

Adding to the evening’s highlight was the appearance of Miss World Philippines–Ifugao 2025 Valerie Pawid West, whose presence underscored the role of beauty queens as ambassadors of advocacy and community engagement.

The Voices of Hope: Benefit Concert for Healing and Compassion marks one of the largest university-led benefit events in the province this year.
