‘Nasayaat a relasyon ti opisina ti mangiturong ti nasayaat a serbisyo para ti yKalinga’- Kalinga Gov

Tabuk City, Kalinga - Provincial Governor Engr. Ferdinand B. Tubban underscored the need to have a positive work relationship among government workers for them to be able to deliver better services for the yKalingas.


Tubban narrates that employees could device the best plans, if they are working as a team for the welfare of the community. He cited as an example the initiative of Office of the Provincial Agricultural Services (OPAS) on how they planned and managed to construct the Agricultural Extension Research and Farm Mechanization building.


“Daytoy ti maysa a mang-paneknek iti addaan nasayaat a relasyon, addaan ti nasayaat a kapanunutan iti opisina, isu daytoy a marugyan a mai-patakder tatta daytoy nga opisina, a tumulong ti mannalon ti probinsiya tayo,” the governor said during the ground breaking of the building on Monday, June 28.


The building which is located at the OPAS Compound, Purok 6, Bulanao, Tabuk City will centralize the divisions of OPAS to efficiently provide services for the farmers. With all the services in one building, the farmers could now avail the OPAS services in one venue.


The provincial government of Kalinga allotted P1,905,406.48 for the first phase of the building and for its completion, a total of P6 million is needed.

“Our office will contribute to help in our capacity. Mamati nak nga in due time ket maaddaan metlang iti pondo na dayta,” the governor assured.

The governor added that this development is also a manifestation of his administration’s thrust, which is SHARED governance of Kalinga.


SHARED stands for S- Secured Community and Improved Public Safety and Social Justice, H- Higher Level and Sustained Socio-economic Growth, A- Aggressive Eco-tourism and Industry Development, R- Reliable and Adequate Infrastructures, E- Efficient Environment and Natural Resources Conservation, Protection and Management, and D- Development Administration and Fiscal Management.
