Tabuk City, Kalinga – As the Invitational Bodong Bikefest approaches, the provincial local government unit encourages interested individuals to register early to avail of a discount.

Registration fees will vary based on the date of enrollment, along with the payment of a minimal fee.

For those registering on or before February 2, a spot in the event can be secured with a P450 entry fee. Registrations from February 3–10 will be charged P500.

Participants not opting for the jersey will only pay P150. The registration deadline is at 6:30 a.m. on February 10.

The registration fee will cover the participant’s breakfast, lunch, bottled water, jersey, and race bib.

The event is open to both beginners and seasoned riders. Minor participants only need to submit parental consent.

“We are excited to welcome cyclists of all levels to the 2024 Invitational Bodong Bikefest. Whether you're a seasoned rider or just starting out, come join us for a day of fun, competition, and community spirit,” stated the Kalinga PLGU.

While the check-in venue for the event is at the Kalinga Provincial Capitol Building Canopy, Purok 6, Bulanao, Tabuk City, the main event will take place at the MJK Integrated Farm and Race Track in Sagpat, Tabuk City, Kalinga.

Bikers are reminded that only mountain bikes with suspension forks are allowed, tires should be 1.95 inches or more, and the “no helmet, no ride” policy will be strictly enforced.

At the venue, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited throughout the duration of the event.
