New site to be erected in Banagao

The new TMH, according to the medical officer, is expected to be erected near the new municipal site in Banagao, above the Agricultural satellite office, with at least 1 hectare.

To ensure land safety, the personnel of the Municipal Assessors Office and Provincial Engineering Office conducted an inspection and survey on said site on September 21, 2022.

Codiam conveyed that the new site for the hospital is more convenient to the public as it is closer to residents, making access easier and faster especially in times of emergency.

She further said that the provincial government assured that the construction shall commence as soon as the Provincial Engineering Office and Municipal Assessors Office submit the results of their inspection and survey.

Meantime, Codiam said that the Department of Health allotted P5.5 million fund for the construction of said hospital building.
