Qualifications for the screening include:

  • Applicants must be 18–24 years old on the date of the Coronation Night in February 2026.

  • Must be at least 5’3” tall.

  • Must be single, never married, and never given birth.

  • Must be a Filipino citizen.

  • Must be a Kalinga by blood or birth, or a resident of Kalinga Province for at least three consecutive years.

  • Must not be a previous winner or title holder in any provincial, regional, or national beauty pageant.

  • Must be physically fit, in good health, and of good moral character.

If you meet these qualifications and have what it takes to be Tinglayan's cultural ambassador during the Bodong Festival and related activities, please submit a letter of intent and appear at the Mayor’s Office on December 19 for the initial screening.

For more inquiries, interested individuals are encouraged to visit the Municipal Tourism/Culture Office or the Office of the Municipal Administrator.
