Top 1 most wanted in Tabuk City now behind bars


Tabuk City, Kalinga – A 30-year-old man, identified as one of the most wanted individuals in Tabuk City, is now set to face trial for murder.

 

The suspect, whose name was withheld by the PNP Tabuk, was apprehended by the police around 9:00 p.m. on Monday, March 11, 2024, in the city.

 

Tagged as the number one most wanted in the city for the first quarter of 2024, the 30-year-old has a warrant of arrest for murder issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 25 on February 2, 2024.

 

The court has not recommended bail for the suspect’s temporary freedom.


Following the serving of his arrest warrant, the suspect was taken to the Tabuk City Police Station for documentation and was subsequently handed over to the court.

 

PNP Tabuk Chief of Police, PLtCol. Jolly Ngaya-an, expressed that the authorities are diligently pursuing individuals who violate the law to maintain a safer environment for the people of Tabuk.

 

“This accomplishment only demonstrates that Tabuk cops continue to exert their best efforts to apprehend offenders and achieve a safer community for everyone,” he was quoted as saying.
