Said assistance is hoped to augment some of his expenses including his medicines and vitamins.

According to Provincial Information Officer Dionica Mercado, the grant is part of the program of Governor Ferdinand Tubban’s administration which started in December 2020, aiming to provide support to elders having reached 100 years of age and above.

Saying that since ‘health is wealth’ the governor reminded the public to take care of their health’ especially with the health crisis that the world is facing due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
