Dead man found in Nambaran, Tabuk City strangled to death

Tabuk City, Kalinga — The body found in the cemented canal along the national highway in Purok Daya, Nambaran is still unidentified but showed a strangulation mark and other superficial bruises.


According to Kalinga Police Provincial Director, Police Colonel Davy Vicente Limmong, there is a mark on his neck and there is a possibility that the victim was not killed where it was found because there were not enough disturbances in the area.

At around 7:00 am this July 12, the Tabuk City police responded to a report about a dead body found in Nambaran. Upon arrival at the area, the investigators saw an adult man lying on his back, facing on his left side, lifeless.


While the case is still being investigated, the body remains unclaimed at the Falgui Funeral Parlor and shall be buried tomorrow noon should there be no claimant. This is the protocol of the funeral parlor for unclaimed bodies.


Tell-tale descriptions of the Victim


The unidentified man was wearing blue jeans, a striped polo shirt, and a black jacket. The man has “SMB BUDOY 94” tattoo on his right shoulder, an eagle tattoo also was seen on the anterior part of his left leg, and a small bird tattoo on his middle right leg. The man has a beard, slim, and is 190 centimeters tall.
