Tabuk City, Kalinga – A search warrant implemented early morning of Friday, February 12 resulted into the discovery of 20 pieces of small heat sealed transparent sachets containing a substance suspected to be shabu with the suspect evading arrest.

Police along with witnesses from the media, Department of Justice, and barangay searched the house of a High Value Individual named Benny Aboli, 43 in Barangay Nambaran with the presence of his wife around 6 in the morning.

During the search, the authorities found small heat sealed sachets placed in a small container inside the suspect’s pants which was left on his bed. Other items found in the store where the suspect slept include paraphernalia.

Benny, however, evaded arrest as he was able to sense the arrival of the operatives to conduct the search.

The drug items taken were estimated to be at least 2 grams and worth P13, 600.
