The non-working holiday is to ensure successful and meaningful celebration of the 27th Kalinga Founding Anniversary amidst the pandemic.

This year’s commemoration will be celebrated with a simple gathering as recommended by the Provincial Inter-Agency Task Force and the Management Committee (ManCom).

The Alert Level 3 classification of the province allows up to 30% mass gathering of the venue, thus the participation of the provincial, city and municipal government and employees from national line agencies will be limited.
