Manhunt Escalates: ₱150K reward offered for capture of Isabela Beauty Queen’s killer

Tabuk City, Kalinga – A total reward of ₱150,000 is being offered to anyone who can provide information leading to the arrest of the suspect behind the brutal murder of a former beauty queen and teacher in Isabela.

It can be recalled that Lullete Jane Ramilo-De Guzman, runner-up in the Miss Philippines Earth 2013 pageant, was shot to death by a still-unidentified assailant in front of her residence in Barangay Cabaritan, San Manuel, Isabela, on February 13, 2026.

According to police reports, the 32-year-old was waiting inside their Toyota Fortuner with her children after her father stepped out of the vehicle to open the gate.

Moments later, an unidentified gunman riding a motorcycle approached the vehicle and fired multiple shots at the victim inside. The assailant immediately fled the scene after the attack.

Although the children were not physically harmed in the incident, they were left deeply traumatized after witnessing the killing of their mother.

In response, the Isabela Provincial Police Office has formed a Special Investigation Task Force to conduct an in-depth probe into the case. Furthermore, Philippine National Police Chief Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. has ordered a full-scale manhunt to identify and apprehend the suspect.

To expedite the investigation and hasten the arrest, the Local Government Unit of San Manuel initially announced a ₱50,000 reward through Mayor Dondon Dy. The amount has since increased to ₱150,000 following additional contributions of ₱50,000 each from Congressman Mike Dy III and Board Member King Dy.

Family members, relatives, and local officials have condemned the killing and continue to appeal to the public to come forward with any information that may help bring justice to the victim.
