In 2021, there were 9 barangays of Lubuagan that were chosen to benefit from a PhP6.5 million worth of community-based response projects meant to alleviate poverty in the community through DSWD’s KALAHI CIDSS program.

Dickpus thanked and recognized the KALAHI-CIDSS during one of the Local Government Unit’s regular Kapihan sa Munisipyo flag ceremonies this January, saying the program has also strengthened community involvement.
