“Nu ipapatim iti trabahom ken agserbi ka nga sipupuso… uray sadinno ayan mo, idayaw dan tu iti nagan ken ilim” - Mayor Dagadag to two iTanudan PMMA 2025 graduates

Tanudan, Kalinga – During a courtesy visit of two iTanudans who recently finished strong at the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA), Tanudan Mayor Jaedicke Rhoss Dagadag stressed the importance of leaving traces of goodness and honest service wherever one goes.

The statement of the Mayor was made while he was congratulating ENS. Glenn Bulwayan and ENS. Jess Masa-ao Ladyong, who are part of the “Kadaligtan” (Kawal ng Dalampasigan, Liwanag ng Karagatan) Class for graduating from the PMMA on August 15.

As relayed by Tanudan Designate Information Officer and Assistant to Mayor Dagadag, John Ryan Awingan, Bulwayan and Ladyong were commended by the local chief executive for their successful feat and for finishing strong at the academy.

As the two embark on their journey to serving the country and the people, Dagadag shared with them some pieces of wisdom – one is performing well and working hard in their chosen field and leaving traces of goodness and service anywhere.

“Nu ipapatim iti trabahom ken nu agserbi ka nga sipupuso ken nasayaat iti padam nga tao uray sadinno iti ayan mo, idayaw dan tu iti nagan ken ilim. Mayat nga iti pagdinamagan iti nagan mo ket gapu ta nasayaat iti aramid mo, haan nga gapu iti maikaniwas nga banag,” Dagadag expressed.

The mayor also pointed out to the two to always stay true to their calling of serving the country and the Filipino people.

“Resist dagiti madi ken temptations. Always nga diay agserbi para iti Pilipinas ken Pilipino iti panunuten yu. Be a good officer and leader, adda ak lang ditoy nga kas ama ken manung yu nga sisusuporta kadakayo,” the mayor conveyed.
