Remains of Late Tanudan IPMR Grace Dagadag to arrive in the PH on July 30

Tabuk City, Kalinga – The remains of the late Honorable Grace Dagadag, Tanudan’s Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative (IPMR), will arrive in the Philippines from the United States of America on Wednesday, July 30.


Her daughter, Claudia Dagadag Mariano, informed that the late IPMR’s remains are scheduled to arrive in Manila on Wednesday morning and shall be ferried by TAMPCO Funeral Care to her residence in Purok Datu, Bulanao Norte, Tabuk City.


IPMR Grace, who was serving her third term as the Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative of Tanudan, passed away after midnight on July 14 in Texas, USA.


For most of her life, the late public servant dedicated her time to championing the needs of iTanudans and working to improve the lives of her constituents and striving to contribute to the continuing progress in the town for the next generations. She did not only serve in the legislative branch, she also worked in the executive branch, as she was elected Mayor of Tanudan in 2001 – 2004.


The public servant’s family, friends, and the iKalingas in the USA paid their last respect to IPMR Grace during her public viewing at the Klein Funeral Home in Texas on July 20.


The interment service will be held in Tabuk City.
