SLU Baguio among top schools in 2022 Electronics Technician Licensure Exam

Baguio City, Philippines – Saint Louis University in Baguio City emerged as one of the top-performing schools in the country during the October 2022 Electronics Technician Licensure Examination.

In the result released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), SLU ranked fourth with 81.69 percent passing rate. Out of 71 takers from said university, 58 passed.

Two of those who passed managed to be included in the list of top 10 examinees. They are Roilo Ardan Acosta Majarucon who is top 2 with a rating of 88.00% and Paul Marc Miguel Santiago Valdez who is top 3 with 87.00% board rating.

The university and the two topnotchers were commended by Mayor Benjamin Magalong, in a Facebook post this October 19.

Meantime, PRC reported that 1,546 out of the 2,005 examinees passed the October 2022 Electronics Technician Licensure Examination in the country.

The University of the Philippines – Diliman is the top performing school under the 40 or more examinees with at least 80% passing percentage category while the Mapua University (For MIT) – Manila ranked first under the 50 or more examinees with at least 80% passing percentage.
