TAMPCO adds workforce to improve services

Tabuk City, Kalinga - After passing the evaluation, seven employees of Tabuk Multipurpose Cooperative (TAMPCO) took their oath as permanent employees on November 15, 2021, at TAMPCO Main Office in Dagupan Centro, Tabuk City, Kalinga.

The adding of employees is part of TAMPCO's desire to provide better services to members and clients.

Chief Executive Officer Rev. Claudio Bagano administered the oath taking of the newly appointed assistant auditor and account officers of the cooperative’s different branches during their regular morning prayer.

Among the permanent employees are Assistant Auditor (Main Office) Valerie Faye L. Lingbawan, Account Officer (Main Office) Mercy Faye Lumang-ay, Account Officer (Pinukpuk Branch) Ralph Mark T. Rabago, and Account Officer (Liwan Branch) Diana B. Tacwigan.

Donabel S. Villanueva also took office as Account Officer at Santiago Branch. The same position was sworn by Leny T. Villanueva (Quezon Branch), and Julia Clea T. Wanden (Conner Branch).

Meanwhile, two employees, Reden S. Balingway and Felimon B. Lugao, took an oath for a 6-month long probationary status as Assistant TITC Officer and TITC Cook consecutively.

Bagano related that similar to Balingway and Lugao, the newly appointed officers have undergone the same period under probationary status and were evaluated based on their performance, job description, acquaintance, and task.

They all passed the evaluation conducted by one of the employees’ peers, one of their immediate supervisors, and their division heads, thus the permanency.

As appointed officers, Rev. Bagano expects them to do their job better while keeping in mind the teachings of biblical reflection.
