TESDA-Kalinga to hold job fair this August 25

Tabuk City, Kalinga – Job opportunities are up for grabs this Friday, August 25, at the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority, Provincial Office, Bulanao, Tabuk City.

The job fair, which is part of the celebration of National Technical-Vocational Day, will be a one-day event that will start at 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

TESDA-Kalinga announced there are 13 companies and hiring agencies participating in said event dubbed as ‘World Cafe of Opportunities’.

These include Jollibee, Talavera Supermarket, Almora General Hospital, Infinity Mobile, Bulanao Maternity Clinic, Lying In, Milestone Guaranty & Assurance Corp., OWWA Kalinga, NIA Kalinga, Kalinga Colleges of Science and Technology, TMC Motors, McDonald's, Pacific Star, and Generic Recruitment Agency.

Among the jobs available are those in construction, agriculture, tourism, information technology, business process management, and wholesale and retail trading.

In said fair, job linkage and networking services will be provided as stated by the office.

Said event is in partnership with the provincial and city government unit, the Department of Labor and Employment, and technical vocational institutions in Kalinga.
