The eight remaining individuals will get their second dose on Monday, May 17, 2021.

With the 89.04 percent completion of the Sinovac inoculation of the first four batches, Mayor Sacrament Gumilab is again appealing for those who have yet to get vaccinated under the priority list to receive the vaccine once available.

Municipal Health Officer Dr. Aite Caren Liw-agan said the next vaccination will give priority to the remaining individuals under the A1 and A2 group or the senior citizens.

“We follow the prioritization of DOH, number one priority are the remaining A1 (health workers) and number 2 priority are the A2 group (senior citizen),” she said.

As of this writing, Tinglayan maintained a zero record of active Covid-19 cases since May 1, 2021.
