Isabela, Philippines – A crash involving three motorcyles in Alicia, Isabela claimed the life of a teenage boy and injured two other teens, according to the police.
Alicia police say the three riders were traversing the road along Sta. Cruz village, going to Angadanan when the incident happened over the weekend.
The Honda CBR accidentally bumped into the two motorcycles – MotorStar 125 and Honda TMX 125, both ridden by minors.
With the impact, the three riders were thrown away from their motorcycles, causing injuries.
When rushed to the nearest health facility by the rescue teams, the MotorStar 125 rider from Barangay Centro III, Angadanan, Isabela was pronounced dead on arrival.
Further investigation on the incident is ongoing, while the two other minors are recovering.
On Friday the 13th last week, a driver of an ambulance died in a collision with a truck on the Alicia-San Mateo Road in Barangay Salvacion.
Authorities warned the motorists to drive slowly and safely to avoid fatal accidents.
