Santiago City, Isabela – After jumping off their vehicle which fell off a 100-meter ravine in San Nicolas, Pangasinan, two architects heading to Metro Manila were able to escape imminent death.

On board of a pick-up, the two embarked on a journey from Santiago City, Isabela going to Valenzuela City on Monday, June 17.

However, while on the Malico highway in San Nicolas, Pangasinan, Architect Ryan Guiring, who served as the vehicle’s driver, dozed off. With him was another architect named Darwin Diego.

The nap resulted in the vehicle to plunge into the 100-meter ravine.

Nevertheless, just as the vehicle was going down, the two were able to get out of their vehicle and sustained only minor injuries in various parts of their bodies.

Their chest radiography diagnosis showed they were alright, only that their faces were swollen and had bloodshot eyes due to the accident.

They were initially ferried to a medical facility in Tayug, Pangasinan but later transferred to the Santiago City Medical Center where they are now recuperating.
