Tabuk City, Kalinga – Three public servants in the Cordillera region are set to be conferred with outstanding citations at the Malacañang Palace on February 14, 2024.

The awardees are Eleonor Bugalin Ayan, a nutritionist-dietitian at the Department of Social Welfare and Development Cordillera; Bernardo Talla Cadaon Jr., a social welfare officer at the DSWD Cordillera; and Mary Hazel Brigola Ballena, a school principal in Abra.
