Investigation of the Traffic Management Unit – Tabuk City disclosed that a red Honda motorcycle driven by Martin Dalyagan, 29, with his back rider Fernando Balani Dulagan, 38, was travelling from Barangay Bantay towards Barangay Bado Dangwa, while a black Honda motorcycle driven by Rexie Velasco Rombaua, 32, and back rider Froilan De Guzman Castro, 30, was coming from the opposite direction.
