Baguio City’s Christmas Village is now open to the public

Baguio City, Philippines – Nothing can stop the city, not even a pandemic in making the people experience another year of enchanting Christmas with Baguio Country Club’s popular Christmas Village.


Just this November 15, the Christmas Village was opened to the public; however, some guidelines and reminders are added to the strict health and safety protocols.


In order to experience the spirit of Christmas in the said place with its famous artificial snowfall, a patron who is not from Baguio City shall be required to present a Triage Certificate issued by the city along with latest PCR/ Antigen or QTP if thru the VISITA website before the issuance of his or her ticket to enter the village.


On the other hand, residents of Baguio, La Trinidad, Itogon, Sablan, Tublay, and Tuba (BLISTT) shall present a valid ID as proof of residency and that only an accomplished BCC Health Declaration Form online shall be required from them.


Prior to the release of tickets, patron’s temperature shall be taken and if he/she exhibits flu-like symptoms, he/she will be denied entry. Moreover, a 15-minute disinfection of the Christmas Village shall be done every hour.


Moreover, no face mask and no face shield – no entry policy shall be observed along with physical distancing.


For food concessionaires, they shall be required to comply with health and safety protocols pertaining to food and beverage display and services.

People who violate these Health and Safety Protocols will be asked to leave the Christmas Village.


Meanwhile, for safety reasons, pregnant women and children age 2 and below will not be allowed entry to the village. Any rubber slippers and bringing of food and drinks are not allowed. Pets on leash, on the other hand, are allowed.


BCC reserves the right to close the Christmas village during inclement weather.
