CSU is top 1 State University in PH in 2024 - AACCUP

Tuguegarao City, Cagayan -  A proof of its unwavering commitment to providing its students a quality education, Cagayan State University (CSU) has been recognized by AACCUP as the top-performing state university in the Philippines for attaining the highest number of Level IV accredited programs in 2024.

AACCUP, or the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines Incorporated, is a private and non-profit organization in the country that promotes quality education among its member educational institutions through accreditation. Before receiving the award, CSU underwent the accreditation process of AACCUP.

The Office of the CSU President, in a Facebook post, announced that the award was conferred to the university by the organization during the 38th AACCUP Annual National Conference and General Assembly.

The event was held on March 7, 2025, at Marikina State Polytechnic College in Marikina City, Metro Manila.

The prestigious award was personally received by CSU OIC President Arthur G. Ibañez, along with other school officials.

The university’s dominance in Level IV accredited programs reinforces its goal to deliver quality, accessible, and globally competitive education, guaranteeing that its graduates possess the essential knowledge and skills to succeed in their chosen fields.
