Tabuk City, Kalinga - Speaking to a large crowd, Atty. Sacrament Sapyong Gumilab thanked his supporters with a message of hope, faith, and unity as he held his final rally on May 9, 2025, in Dilag, Tabuk City .

 

Overwhelmed by the turnout of his final rally, the aspiring Kalinga congressman said he was deeply touched by the number of supporters who came. Many traveled far on their own, without expecting money for “ayuda” or for gasoline; they were just driven by pure support and trust.

 

As the campaign period draws to a close, Gumilab has not so much to say but to entrust his journey to the Almighty, believing that what is impossible for him is possible for God, especially when you have good intentions.

 

“ Ekkan nak koma ti gundaway, ipalubos na kadi nga daytoy nga arapaap tayo nga agserbi ti ili tayo nga Kalinga a kas congressman ket ipalubos koma ti Apo Dios. Mamati nak nga nu agaraw ni Apo Dios, talaga nga agbalin nga posible ti impossible kadatayo nga tao, ” he said.

 

As for his supporters, Gumilab encouraged them to unite in prayer, as he believes that when a righteous man pray, the prayer will be granted, how much more if many will pray.

 

“Agyamanak ti sacrifice yo, ket dawatek garud nga agmaymaysa tayo agkararag, ta mamati nak nga denggen ti Apo ti kararag ti nalinteg.”

 

The young politician's final rally was attended by thousands of supporters form across Kalinga. A motorcade took place from the CARAA Ground in Bulanao, Tabuk City to Bayabat, Dilag where a prayer rally was conducted.

 

Meanwhile, as mandated by election law, all campaign activities, such as rallies, motorcades, and public assemblies, must officially end by 11:59 am today, May 10.
