Tabuk City, Kalinga – The Regional Department of Labor and Employment conferred five awards to the Public Employment Service Office – Kalinga and its manager, Grace M. Kidang-Flores, in recognition to their hard work in employment services to benefit their constituents.
Flores received the awards during the 2021 Year-End Planning and Assessment (YEPA) on March 01, 2022 held at the Hotel Supreme in Baguio City.
PESO –Kalinga bagged 2021 Best PESO under Provincial Category, 2021 Top PESO in the Most Number of Beneficiaries Reached in Career Guidance and Employment Coaching, 2021 Top Performer in the Submission of Reports under Provincial Category, 2021 Top Performer in Referral and Placement under Provincial Category, and 2021 Top Performer in most number of beneficiaries reached in Labor Market Information.
DOLE – Cordillera, in a press release, said the awards were for the collective and unceasing participation and invaluable contribution of the PESO Managers in continuing the department’s efforts toward more responsive delivery of employment facilitation services.
PESO-Kalinga Manager extended her utmost gratitude to DOLE-Cordillera for their support and encouragement.
“I am truly grateful of the recognition from DOLE CAR. These Awards acknowledges our hard work and we say thank you for the all the encouragement and support from the DOLE Field Office headed by Dir.
